yes it does. wieght lifting in general increases speed for sprinters. i am a sprinter and lift alot and it helps a ton.

I used to do 850 for a set of 10... but now my right knee is crap... and surgery didn't make it better... so I'm back down to doing 540 lbs... and sadly I can't squat. Ah well... |
