Hey It has been hammered and drummed into us that to gain muscle u need to lift like a bodybuilder. Firstly even when lifiting weights the most important thing is diet. It is the diet that puts the weight on and shreds the body.check out ross boxing etc. But u can get as big or as ripped as u like with or with outweights, u just need to train properly and diet properly

good bodies (black people got that kind of ripped, aesthetic physique- so it's not only by working out, its also genetic) and this kind of mass from "hood workouts" is fairly impressive.and one other thing, an excersise for the lower abs? pfft. (abdominals = one big muscle for the ones with lack of knowledge)

I always find these exercises more effective than the equipment in gyms, I get a more workout when I'm not in a gym.

overall it's better to workout like them using just the body because u get the best combo of size and deffinition but also u dont need to spend money on gyms or weights...its perfect

I'd be interested to know if the bigger guy uses free weights or if it's just a matter of consuming more calories. I'd love to get that big just doing bodyweight exercises.
