How about other parts? I do abs exercises 2-3times one week, and other parts 1-2 times. Is it reasonable.

You only want to do ab exercises 2-3 times a week because they grow while resting.

Man thank god for this video! LOL. This is the only exercise that gives me a burn. Just do 3 sets of 20 reps, and you'll get a quick, efficient workout. Best ab exercise in my opinion.
