Those are radio waves not sound waves. Given the fact that sound waves cannot travel through the vacuum of space, space is completely silent. Radio waves are common in space and many planets emit natural radio waves. Any radio receiver can pick up radio waves from space and convert them to an audible tone.
This video is misleading. Contrary to what you said, space is silent because there are no sound waves in space.
