im srry ur taking offence to wat i sed...i realize i made a comment without justifying wat i sed...sits up require u to use ur hip flexores more than ur abs because ur liftining ur body so that it is vertical ...this leaves ur abs contracted for only a short amount of time...the real reason ppl think sit ups are an ideal ab workout is because over time yes ur abs will strt to feel the effect of u raising ur body up...but in reality u r working ur hip flexors more than ur abs ...
