a rep is short for repitition it means you repeat that number of moves for however many times

reps mean like if someone says to 12 reps then they mean do 12 of whatever work out is is. Like if i say do 12 reps of pushups then that means do 12 push ups.

Reps are repetitions...when you hear 3 sets of 15 reps= 15 repetitions 3 times with a small break in between them.
