This is a very simple 20 to 30 minute plyometrics workout which involves sets of jogging and plyo-jumps. You may want to watch the whole thing and then do it or watch and pause so you are in time with the video. Sorry for the low quality of editing, I realize there is a gramatical error and I can cut out some unneeded spots. When I get time I will but for now I hope it is helpful.

Plyometrics? No way. All who think these types are plyos are mistaken. Plyos are supposed to engage a myotatic stretch reflex. reflexes are involuntary, which means you have no control over when they fire. These jumps were done under complete voluntary control. These are good body weight exercises. the only way to consistently set off the myotatic reflex is to balance on something called a "wobble board". That will ensure proper firing of a reflex. good body weight exercise only.
