A lot of people I know are dieting. Some of them are actually pretty extreme about it. They will starve themselves, cutting their calories down by a thousand a day, and yet they will not put in the effort to exercise.
It seems like a strange paradox to me. There are all these people out there who are willing to cut out food almost entirely, yet they do not have the discipline to make it to the gym a couple times a week! If they would just get out and do some stomach exercises, they would have it made.

Exercise is just downright good for you. If you name any random 10 medical conditions and diseases, I'm willing to bet money that some form of frequent exercise is a good treatment or preventative measure for at least 9 of them. Diet and exercise pop up as treatments and preventative measures in so many of the diseases that ail us today, and both of these areas are a good place to focus on if your concerned about your health.

They say there's more than one way to skin a cat. The same goes when you start tearing your hair out with all the frustration, grief, anxiety, and yes, stress. It's a state of mental conditioning that is like taking that bitter pill down your throat, causing you to lose your sense of self, and worse your sanity. Sometimes, when all our doubts, fears and insecurities wrap ourselves up, we always come up with the idea of "I wish I was somebody else." More often than not, we think and believe that someone or rather, most people are better than us.- when in reality, the fact is, most people are more scared than us.

I seem to have lost count how many times I've read and heard of celebrity marriages failing almost left and right. Not that I care (and personally I don't) but, it seems strange that we often see movie and TV stars as flawless people, living the fairytale life of riches and glamour. I suppose we all have to stop sticking our heads in the clouds and face reality.
