Brilliant Banquet or Culinary Catastrophy?

One of my favourite foods is cheese; cheese on toast, macaroni cheese, cheese on crackers, jacket potato and cheese. Whatever the dish may be, i usually find one way or another to make sure this delicious product is included in my meals. The "posher" cheeses such as Brie, Camembert, Stilton and Roquefort are all delicious although usually costly. However, my love is blind and i am not deterred by the most basic Baby Bells, Philadelphia or even Cheese Strings.

I am a certified biscuit fan. A perfect Sunday to me would consist of a cup of tea, a pack of biscuits, a duvet and a couple of films. Tea and biscuits are simply ideal to lift the mood on boring work days and provide an excellent comforter for when you are feeling down. Biscuits and tea in my opinion is a match made in heaven, they are the Brad and Angelina of the food and beverage world.

Fatigued physically and mentally from a second strenuous days trekking, tackling steep gradients and negotiating the rough terrains of the Chiang Mai Jungle, everybody began to crave for a good rest and most importantly a good meal.
Lunch time on our trek was non existent and I found myself reflecting upon home life. The smell of slow cooking lamb shanks filling the kitchen, whilst the potatoes crackled and the vegetables waited, freshly chopped, in the steamer.

There is an 'epidemic' sweeping the western world and affecting millions of children every year and the governments have yet to produce an inoculation that will eradicate it in the near future. This terrible disease that allegedly affects almost 60 per cent of American children and remains without a miracle cure is called "childhood obesity".
You will have heard the words said many times on their own but recently they were put together to create a terrifying phrase that puts the fear of God into parents around the world.

From Sheep To Starbucks: Coffee History in a Beanshell

Coffee - it's everywhere. I know that in my town you can't walk down the high street without going past at least four different outlets for the stuff and I'm not even talking about the cafes and restaurants. Starbucks, Costas, Neros... they spring up overnight when not so long ago the closest you could find to a cappuccino was a coffee with a lot of froth on top that dissolved into limpid clusters that looked unnervingly like saliva.

'One should die proudly when it is no longer possible to live proudly'. Nietzsche.
The UK is set to introduce their first ever End of Life Care strategy to enable people to have more choice about how and where they die. The government is expected to fund this strategy with a 286m pound investment over a three year period.
After much publicised criticism regarding the palliative care available in the UK, the government is set to address so many victim's families concerns.

How many times have you heard, or even used, the oh-so polite phrase, "this coffee tastes like s**t?" As something of a coffee addict I've tasted blends from pretty much every country on the planet and have had some really bad cups and some truly exquisite ones. Having delved a little deeper into the history and origins of the brown stuff I heard of what I thought was a myth - an altogether different type of brown stuff; animal poo coffee.
