Penis Enlargement Techniques - Do They Really Work?
With man's desire to achieve a bigger penis either for his partner's satisfaction or for other personal reasons, many types of penis enlargement techniques are being promoted. However, despite the claims of being safe and guaranteed results; most of these techniques have false claims of safety and effectiveness. Some of these techniques are also not guaranteed to work.
There are numerous options for penis enlargement - almost all of which do not work. Advertisers are pushing pills, potions, mechanical devices, and even exercises on to unsuspecting consumers, declaring results in just so-and-so number of days. One should be wary and must look for more information before trying any of these techniques as these may cause side effects, as well as cost money.
A variety of pills and potions are being aggressively advertised, saying these drugs will improve penis size; nevertheless, none of these drugs have been found to work efficiently in increasing the size of the penis. Vacuum devices, which are often recommended to treat impotence, are also being marketed as a mechanism for enlarging the penis. Although effective for a limited amount of time, vacuum devices do not present a permanent solution to increasing penis size. These devices may also cause the rupture of blood vessels in the penis. An increase in size attributed to vacuum devices only last approximately 24 hours.
Penis exercises have also been said to increase penis size, however, one should remember that the penis is quite different from your arms and abs. Penises do not have any muscles, therefore no amount of exercise will enlarge it permanently. The same thing applies to penis enlargement massage techniques - they do not have permanent results.
The only permanent solution to penis enlargement is undergoing a surgical procedure solely designed for increasing penis size. An increase of just about an inch may be added to the length of a penis through surgery. One option in surgery is cutting the ligament holding the penis to its position and, through the use of stretching devices and weights, create a permanent size increase. Another option for surgically enhancing penis size is through dermal implant. This procedure involves the transplantation of fat cells drawn from other areas of the body to the penis. Both surgeries may not have as good a result as one might wish. Cutting the ligament will cause an erection to point downward and scar tissue. Dermal implants may produce odd looking results as the head of the penis cannot be enlarged. These surgeries, as with all other procedures, also have potential risks such as infections, and side effects from the use of anesthesia.
If you are looking to enhance the size of your penis, it is better to consult a physician before doing anything. It is always better to be informed and safe.
