Most of today’s diet products are at worst a scam and at best a temporary fix for a long-term problem. A pill that suppresses appetite does nothing to change the habits that are causing the unhealthy eating in the first place.
Approaching the problem using natural methods will give you results that can last a lifetime. Generally, it is as simple as adding some healthier foods into your diet while slowly taking out the junk.

Some experts say that you should stick to whatever weight is comfortable for you. Perhaps you’ve met people who are quite content at their current weight, even though they are thin or heavy.

Perhaps a better question than ‘How much should I weigh’ would be ‘What is a healthy weight for me?’.

Obesity is measured in what is called body mass index or BMI according to the fitness and medical circles. BMI is arrived at by dividing weight by height and then squaring the result. A BMI of 25-29kg/m is considered overweight.
